BeautyNow strives to offer consumers an easy way to discover and book beauty appointments while simultaneously helping merchants fill open-seats through inventory management and flexible, demand-based discounts.

As lead designer, I worked closely with the business, product, & engineering teams to deliver a seamless booking experience that would not only delight users, but also entice highly-value merchants.

We had multiple rounds of user-testing, iterating repeatedly to find the right balance between a highly-differentiated experience to attract our key demographic without alienating current Groupon users.

The product is currently live on iOS in Chicago & Dallas, with efforts to launch in multiple additional markets by EOY.  Android & Mobile Web ports of the product have completed design and are currently under-development.
